iOS Subscription

1. Privacy Policy. A link to GalixiCom privacy policy. This is required of all iOS applications and no action is required by the user.

2. Subscription Description. GalixiCom is provided as a termed-based subscription in order to use. The user must agree to the subscription terms in order to continue to use GalixiCom. Note that once subscribed, the user fee is paid for that term even if GalixiCom is un-installed. No refunds of the subscription fee already paid are given. Subscription payments and authentication are fully handled by Apple and are tied to the device owner’s Apple account.

3. Terms and Conditions. This must be agreed to in order to continue with GalixiCom installation, and once agreed to cannot be revoked. If, after accepting, you no longer wish to abide by the terms and conditions, please delete GalixiCom from your device.
